These interactive dance parties support overall health and well-being. Be prepared to move, groove, wiggle, and giggle.
ABOUT OUR EVENTS
Are you looking for creative, healthy outlets for children?
Have you noticed more people suffering from learning disorders, obesity, low self-esteem, screen stress,
and lack of motivation?
Our movement events playfully teach dance movements, confidence, inclusion, creativity, and unique expression.
They are Fun for the Mind, Spirit, and Body!
These dances can help children of all ages:
· Feel more confident in creative play
· Develop social skills
· Practice balance
· Experience less stress
· Express their uniqueness
· Playfully exercise
· Support brain cognition and cerebral cortex development
· Boost serotonin levels
· Hydrate and celebrate a healthy life

This is not your average author event. Sarahndipity leads a 45 minute dance party plus a Q&A. We’ll explore 26 different dance concepts while rocking out to some fabulous multi-genre music crafted by some world class musicians. Be prepared to move, groove, wiggle, and giggle.
